I always enjoy going to Palace, usually ordering their chicken finger sub, or poutines. Even their burgers have been good. However, past few times I have tried calling in an order, the lady answering the phone has been rude. Hanging up on me when I haven't finished ordering, or when I'm asking for the price of something. Good food, and good service in person, for some reason only had problems ordering takeout.
